Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with item, for any reason, simply return it within 30 days from purchase date for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Products 30 days or older will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping policy:

USA Shipping:

• Items will be Shipped by USPS within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
  USPS Tracking Number will be available upon shipment under “View order Details.” in your e-bay home.
• If you buy multiple small items (up to 10 inch rail)I will combine shipping. Shipping cost is combine weight of all items plus $2.00 per item for packaging material.
• I can not combine shipping cost for multiple long rails (10 inch and longer). Two or more long rails will exceed shipping limit for small package. It is less expensive to send two separate package. If you insist on sending long rails (10 inch and up) in one package please contact me for a shipping cost.
• If you are planning of take advantage of combine shipping please do not pay for individual items after auction end. Wait until you are done shopping. I ship items the day I received payment or next business day. If you pay for item and you want combine shipping please let me know ASAP or combine shipping will not be possible.
  

International Shipping:

• Shipping cost for small item is calculated base on weight.
• My long rails (10inch and longer) can be ship together with small items and I will combine shipping (cost plus $3.00 for packaging material).
• I can not combine shipping for multiple long rails (10 inch and longer) Two or more long rails will exceed shipping limit for small package. It is less expensive to send two separate package. If you insist on sending long rails (10 inch and up) in one package please contact me for a shipping cost.
• Some international package will required insurance for item over $150 total. Please contact me if your total purchase will exceed this amount. Insurance is about $15.00 and will be required.
• Countries listed below will required additional $15.00 for insurance regardless of purchase amount: VIETNAM, NORTH KOREA, ITALY
  

Import/TAX FEE:

The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay. Please do not ask me for changing price for customs. I will not do this. All request in that matter will be ignored

About ME:

I design and build limited numbers of plates with a little help from my local CNC machine shop.
I have no distributors, nor large chains of retail stores. No sales teams, rallies, parties, nor "employee of the month” contest. No corporate meetings, no stocks, no options, no employees, no headaches.
I have no advertising costs, and my sales come from a word of mouth by people who are happy with my product and they tell their friends.
Basically you are dealing directly with me and don’t pay for markups. I am a fellow photographer with experience and knowledge on what works and what is really ridiculous in photo industry. I can be reached by e-mail most of the time, preferably during the week, allowing longer time to respond on the weekends, as my profession keeps me busy on most Saturdays and Sundays.

Custom Work:

If you need a plate not listed in my auctions I can always make it. All I need is some input from you. It takes time to design and machine part. Anodizing process required another week or two. Please expect 45-60 days for such project.
